Most important login info

So much of our lives now require passwords and login information. Imagine the predicament your loved ones will face if they can’t get in to any of your accounts. They would be helpless. Consider allowing someone you trust to have access to your main login information. We suggest starting with these three:

  • Your phone passcode
  • Your computer username and password
  • Your main email password

Assuming your main email address is what you use regularly, most other passwords can probably be reset with your email if needed.

Other login info to consider if you have them:

  • Password software (LastPass, 1Password, Dashlane, etc.)
  • The location of a written or saved list

The goal here is provide the handful of passwords that will allow the most useful access.
